  • South Horizons, Ap Lei Chau was built in 4 phases, each having their own set of gardens some with a Water Feature . One resident on leaving, decided not to take his fish with him, nor flush them, but instead generously donated them to the community and dumping them in this pond. Unfortuantely they were piranhas.
  • We also have 3 swimming pools, 2 outside and 1 indoors. All pirahna free.
  • In the middle of the estate is an Electricity switching station which has been rezoned for redevelopment as a Hotel. The blue area behind is a roof top tennis court on top of the Sport Centre. There is also a putting green; squash courts etc up here.
  • The estate is decorated with lights at Christmass and Chinese New Year
  • Flame Trees opposite South Horizon Although not part of South Horizons these glorious trees which are all over Hong Kong actually come from Madagascar and flower when its hot and dry
